Kitchen – The cost of this is included in all booking but the kitchen is shared between all hirers. There is no cooker facility and additional cooking equipment must not be brought onto the premises other than microwave ovens which MUST be PAT tested. Proof of PAT testing of any electrical items brought onto the premises will be required before use.

Deposits

Please note the minimum deposit at time of a confirmed booking is £50.00.

FOR ALL single use adult functions an addition refundable Security Bond of £200.00 is required. The Committee reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Security Bond to repair damage, to re-instate breakages or pay for extra cleaning which may be required or to compensate for noise or parking complaints. The Security Bond may be reduced to £50 for daytime children' parties. This does not apply to Affiliates but they MUST also abide by the cleaning, tidying and social behaviour requirements. Additional cleaning will be charged at £50 per hour.

All hire charges including the E200 Security Bond MUST BE PAID AT LEAST SIX WEEKS BEFORE THE DATE OF THE HIRE.

Cancellation charges will be levied depending on the reasons for cancellation. The committee requires a minimum of two weeks notice of cancellation, otherwise the full hire charge will be levied. An administration charge will be made in all cases.

No booking will be considered firm until the Committee is in possession of a completed Application Form with a deposit, followed by the full payment and Security Bond at the appropriate time.

Please note: We kindly request that payment be made no later than 14 days after invoice date.
